Refund & Returns Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the R&L E-Commerce Goods Inc. website located at PremiumRanges.com ("Website").

3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition received.

  • Original Packaging: Must be in original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation required.


4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will review and provide detailed instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and, if applicable, a prepaid label.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.

  • Include the return authorization form.

  • Affix the return label to the package.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

  • Use a trackable courier service (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL).


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Company Responsibility: We cover shipping for defective/damaged/incorrect products.


6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refund issued to original payment method (minus restocking fees if applicable).

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos of damage.

  • We will replace or refund, including shipping costs.

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

  • Notify us immediately.

  • We will arrange a return at our expense and ship the correct product.

6.4 Product Never Arrived

  • Contact us if not delivered within estimated timeframe.

  • We will investigate with the carrier.

  • If confirmed lost, we will replace or refund in full.

6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Eligible for full refund.

  • After Shipment: Follow the return process after delivery.


7. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following are non-returnable/non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personal care items unless unopened)

  • Gift cards and downloadable software


8. Refunds

  • Refunds processed after inspection of returned item.

  • May take up to 14 business days depending on bank/issuer.

8.3 Partial Refunds

9. Exchanges

  • We replace items if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Company covers shipping for defective/incorrect items.

  • Customer covers shipping for exchanges due to preference/change of mind.


10. Timelines

  • Return Window: 30 days from receipt of item.

  • Shipping Deadline: 7 days after return authorization.

  • Refund Processing: Within 14 days of receipt and inspection.

  • Refund Credit: May take up to 14 additional days to appear on account.


11. Legal Rights

This Return and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
